Students can leverage the 60I IoT system to enhance their Micro:bit coding skills by integrating temperature, humidity, and light intensity sensors.
First, they can connect these sensors to the Micro:bit and write code to read data e.g every second from them.
Using the MQTT protocol, students can send this sensor data to the 60I platform. Once the data is securely transmitted, they can visualize it in real-time on the platform, enabling them to analyze environmental conditions.
This hands-on project not only reinforces coding concepts but also demonstrates the practical applications of IoT in monitoring and data collection.
